Hours: 30-37 hours per week, term time plus up to 3 weeks (part‑time negotiable)

Contract: Fixed term until April 2027 (option to extend)

Responsible to: Head of Science

Responsibilities
  • Provide and organise technical support for the Science Faculty
  • Ensure resources are managed to enable the effective delivery of the practical component of the science curriculum across all year groups
  • Maintain equipment and manage stock
  • Apply Health and Safety regulations to all practical activities
  • Support staff during term time and up to 3 additional weeks
Qualifications
  • Personable, motivated, and enthusiastic about science
  • Good organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
