Salary: H5-H6 – £27,983 – £32,789 including fringe (pro rata: £23,935 – £28,046)

Hours: 37 hours per week term time + 5 inset days (total 39 working weeks per annum). Part‑time applications considered.

Reporting to: Deputy Headteacher (Behaviour and Inclusion)

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pastoral support to pupils, working one‑to‑one and in groups.
  • Monitor and support pupils, promote positive behaviour and attendance.
  • Work with form tutors to support them in the care of their year group.
  • Collaborate with the team of five Heads of Year to support pupils in personal and academic development.
  • Participate in induction and training programmes provided by the school.
