Warehouse Operative / Van Driver

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Warehouse Operative who is also comfortable driving a van (up to 3.5 tonnes). While the primary responsibility will be warehouse-based, the role will involve driving duties as required to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily work within the warehouse, with occasional van driving duties based on operational needs
• Drive vans or company vehicles (category B) for deliveries and inter-site transportation
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, loading, and stock movement
• Assist with general site duties and support ongoing operational projects
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (Category B)
• Experience in warehouse operations and driving light commercial vehicles preferred
• Ability to adapt to both warehouse and driving responsibilities
• Flexibility to work early starts (from 7:00 AM) or later finishes when required (overtime paid for hours beyond standard shifts)

Type: Ongoing, temporary

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (Overtime available for early starts or late finishes)

Pay: £14.52 per hour

Please note – Due to the nature of the business, you will be working for, all our positions require candidates to undergo vetting checks a basic DBS and Adverse credit history Check.

In addition to this, if you have not been in living in the UK for more than 6 months in the last 5 years, we also require you to have had a police check/ DBS in the country you resided in prior to arriving in the UK.
