Document Preparation Clerks
to work - for a leading global digital solutions company that can start from the 5th of October. Shifts available: Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm ( Must be willing to swap to a 2pm-10pm shift once larger project begins) Hourly rate: £13.46 The role involves converting hard copy files into digital files, which then enables the files to be destroyed. The first stage is Data entry, so creating a file on a database for the files to be scanned in to. Second stage, the file is then passed to a document preparation stage, the file is prepared to be scanned. (remove paperclips, dividers, staples etc.. so the file can be scanned. Third stage, scanning the file onto the database. Fourth stage, quality checking. Making sure everything from the file has been scanned onto the system so it can now be destroyed. Safety Shoes Must Be Worn Candidates will be working in a target driven environment where you will need to be flexible and multi-skilled, to support the clients business needs in the timeliest manner and must be able to work individually as well as alongside the team to meet the business requirements in a production-based environment. They must be able to always conduct themselves in a professional and mature manner and adhere to Iron Mountain core values. Full support and training on areas of the role will be provided to assist in the multi skilled role.
