Base rate is $34 – $36 with a $1.25 shift differential for evenings and another $.40 if you work any shift on the weekends. We are now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus! Duties Collect required information from new Residents to be admitted Record health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required Help Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene Monitor Residents\’ food and liquid intake and output Requirements Must be able to work as a team member Valid NY State LPN license In good standing with State Registry This job is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
