Location: Cardinal Hume Catholic School, Old Durham Road, Gateshead, NE9 6RZ

Grade: Grade D, SCP 5-7 (£25,583 - £26,403 per annum, pro rata)

Hours: 37 Hours per Week, Permanent Contract, Term Time Only plus 1 Week (39 Weeks per Year)

We wish to appoint a committed and reliable person to the role of Learning Support Assistant. While previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, full training and support will be available to the successful applicant. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the qualities and desire to support young people in their education. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop within an established and supportive team of colleagues and will have the benefit of working in our modern building and excellent facilities.
