Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support resolving day-to-day IT issues for staff and students efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain and repair equipment ensuring all devices, peripherals and classroom technologies remain operational and reliable.
- Install and configure systems including hardware, software, images and updates across the school environment.
- Support network operations assisting with the upkeep of wired and wireless networks, connectivity and core services.
- Manage IT assets keeping accurate records of equipment, stock levels and lifecycle changes.
- Promote safe and effective IT use guiding staff and pupils on appropriate, secure and confident use of technology.
- Contribute to ICT development offering technical insight to support improvements, upgrades and long-term planning.
