We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager adept at delivering restructuring and insolvency assignments and cultivating client relationships to join our Restructuring and Insolvency team. This position focuses on leading restructuring and insolvency projects, managing client engagements, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Restructuring and Insolvency Projects: Advising clients and directors on options and strategies in solvent, distressed, and insolvent situations; leading a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases; collaborating with partners to deliver tailored solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service and strategic advice.
- Project Coordination: Ensuring assignments are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Team Development: Managing and developing team members, overseeing resource planning, and supporting career growth.
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding a network of intermediaries and referral contacts, and contributing to the growth of the Restructuring and Insolvency team and the wider practice.
- Technical Expertise: Sharing knowledge, ensuring risk management, and maintaining quality standards.
