We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Client Service Administrator to help us deliver consistently excellent service to our internal client‑serving teams and external clients.
You’ll join a small, friendly, high‑performing central team at an exciting moment in Bishop Fleming’s growth journey, as we embed new systems and smarter ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Client onboarding & maintenance: administer client take‑on procedures, ensuring all forms, letters, compliance checks (including AML) are completed accurately and on time.
- Workflow coordination: liaise with client delivery teams to schedule work effectively and deliver promptly.
- Data stewardship: maintain accurate records across Workday and other systems, ensuring information is always up‑to‑date and reliable.
- Continuous improvement: spot opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the service we provide.
- Case management: manage and progress requests through the case‑management system.
- Project support: contribute to process reviews, integrations and documentation updates.
- Workday platform support: assist with administrative tasks to maintain platform effectiveness.
Qualifications / What we’re looking for
- Administration experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage workload, prioritise and work independently.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems and technology.
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for maintaining high‑quality data.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidentiality awareness and solid understanding of data‑protection requirements.
- Team player who also enjoys working independently and taking ownership.
- Curious, proactive, and improvement‑minded, always looking for ways to enhance processes and service delivery.
- Experience with Workday or similar systems is desirable.
