We are seeking an ambitious Tax Director to join our expanding Bristol tax team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a fulfilling position with strong prospects, based in Bristol. You will enjoy the benefits of living and working in Bristol while advancing your tax career within one of the South West\’s leading employers, serving a diverse range of clients.

We welcome candidates with experience in corporate tax, private client, or a mix of both.

As a senior leadership team member, you will influence the development of our practice and will have responsibilities in People Management and Business Development.

This role supports our hybrid working model, allowing you to work from the office, home, or client sites, promoting flexibility and excellent client service.

Collaborating closely with our Bristol office SMT, you will aim to grow our tax client portfolio and develop the team, adding value to clients and helping our staff reach their full potential.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and developing the tax team, including recruitment and coaching
  2. Building strong relationships with a broad portfolio of tax clients, ensuring quality service
  3. Networking within the local market to support business development
