- About this opportunity
You’ll be part of a small, friendly, high‑performing central team supporting internal client serving teams and clients.
The role focuses on maintaining high‑quality data and seamless workflows in Workday, our core business system for the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) process.
Responsibilities
- Client onboarding & maintenance – administer client take‑on procedures, ensure all forms, letters and compliance checks (including AML) are completed accurately and on time.
- Workflow coordination – liaise with client delivery teams to schedule work effectively and deliver promptly.
- Data stewardship – maintain accurate records across Workday and other systems, ensuring information is always up‑to‑date and reliable.
- Continuous improvement – spot opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the service we provide.
- Case management – manage and progress requests through the case management system.
- Project support – contribute to process reviews, integrations and documentation updates.
- Workday platform support – assist with administrative tasks to maintain platform effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Administration experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively and work independently.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems and technology.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high‑quality data.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Awareness of confidentiality and data protection requirements.
- A team player who also enjoys working independently and taking ownership.
- Curious, proactive, and improvement‑minded, always looking for ways to enhance processes and service delivery.
- Experience with Workday or similar systems is desirable.
