Bishop Fleming Chartered Accountants is seeking a General Counsel or Legal Counsel to lead the firm’s legal function and shape its commercial strategy. You’ll advise on commercial agreements, regulatory risk, dispute resolution, quality standards and risk management at senior level.
Reporting to the Head of Risk and the Executive team, you’ll drive governance, AML oversight, GDPR compliance, and major supplier contracts, while guiding board‑level decision making and cross‑firm initiatives.
