Bishop Fleming Chartered Accountants is seeking an ambitious Tax Director – Equity Incentives & Share Reward to lead our equity incentives practice. You will guide structuring of EMI/CSOP schemes, advise on tax implications in transactions, and shape the service offering for a diverse client base.
As a senior leader, you will manage people, drive business development, and collaborate with partners to grow the equity incentives capability across the firm, while mentoring the tax team.
