About the Role
We are looking to recruit an ambitious Tax Director or Senior Manager to join our expanding Cheltenham tax team. This could be an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a fulfilling role with excellent prospects, based in Cheltenham. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will influence the development of the practice and have People Management and Business Development responsibilities. You will also enjoy hybrid working, allowing flexibility.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Working with our management team to manage and develop our tax team locally in Cheltenham and nationally – this will include recruiting team members and coaching our people so that they can reach their potential.
- Building strong relationships with a broad portfolio of tax clients and ensuring that we continue to offer a quality trusted advisor service.
- Building and retaining a good network of local contacts within the local market to aid business development.

- Appropriately qualified with experience of working within a tax environment.
- A strong business developer who is keen to build contacts and network within the local business community.
- A great people manager who enjoys developing and coaching their team.
