Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust is looking for a proactive Behaviour Support Officer for St Wilfrid's RC College in South Shields. The officer will support students to achieve positive behavioural and personal outcomes.
You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to create a calm, safe environment, using early intervention strategies to help students engage in their education.
An enhanced DBS check is mandatory.
