We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, caring, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will have high expectations of pupils and a strong commitment to raising standards. Experience working within Early Years and/or Key Stage 1 is desirable.
You will be someone who can build positive relationships with children and adults, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. A calm, patient, and compassionate approach is essential, alongside a passion for making learning fun, exciting, and accessible for all.
