Our school kitchen is a busy one which provides dinners and hospitality catering to 1,450 students and over 150 staff at St Joseph’s. Working within a team, you will be responsible for food preparation and supporting both the Chef and Assistant Chef cooking tasks, cleaning the kitchen and eating areas, as well as food service during breaktime and lunchtime. We have high standards of both personal and kitchen hygiene and strive to maintain this on a daily basis. As such you will be responsible for ensuring good kitchen practices are adhered to in line with regulatory and Trust policies, whilst also maintaining records as required.

Grade: Band 3, SCP4
Hours: 0730-1300 Monday to Friday, 27.5 hours per week
