Are you a confident relationship builder with a commercial outlook and a passion for connecting employers with training opportunities? We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Employer Partnerships Lead to help grow our provision across Bishop Burton and Riseholme College.
You may currently be working in business development, account management, sales or employer engagement within a college, training provider or commercial organisation. You will bring experience of developing productive relationships, identifying customer needs and turning opportunities into results. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach and experience of coordinating or leading others will help you succeed.
Working within our Services to Business team, you will develop employer partnerships across apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, short courses, work experience and commercial training. By understanding employersβ workforce needs and working closely with curriculum colleagues, you will help shape responsive training that supports businesses and creates valuable opportunities for learners.
You will also lead admissions and administrative functions, ensuring employers and learners receive an efficient, professional service from their first enquiry through to enrolment and beyond. Alongside this, you will oversee the work experience placements team, supporting high-quality placements across the College.
