Are you passionate about horses and ready to inspire the next generation of equine professionals? Bishop Burton College is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Equine to join our dedicated team.

You may already be teaching equine subjects at a college or training provider, or working in an equestrian centre, competition yard or equine business where coaching, training and developing others forms part of your role. You will bring relevant industry experience, a degree or equivalent qualification in an equine-related subject, and at least one year’s experience in teaching or training.

You will deliver engaging lessons that connect theory with practical application, helping students develop their knowledge, confidence and professional standards. As a Group Tutor, you will also guide a designated group of students, supporting their progress, encouraging positive behaviour and helping them achieve their ambitions.

At Bishop Burton College, you will teach in an inspiring equine environment with specialist facilities, indoor and outdoor arenas, and opportunities for students to experience equestrian events. Working alongside colleagues who share your passion, you will help prepare learners for the demands and opportunities of the equine industry.

You do not need to hold a teaching qualification to apply. If you bring relevant industry expertise and a passion for developing others, we will support you to gain your teaching qualification while you work.

Bring your expertise, enthusiasm and commitment to student success to Bishop Burton College.
