Bishop Burton College is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support DFN Project SEARCH interns at Humberside Police Headquarters, with occasional duties at Bishop Burton College. This fixed-term role runs until 31 July 2027, Monday to Thursday 8.30am–5pm, Friday 8.30am–4.30pm, with a salary of £27,038 per annum.
You will create learning plans, monitor progress, identify adjustments and support interns to gain confidence and paid employment, working closely with families, employers and the programme.
