As a Coach and Assessor in Agriculture and Countryside, you'll support apprentices to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for successful careers in the land-based sector. Working closely with employers and learners, you'll deliver training, assess progress, provide constructive feedback and help apprentices achieve their apprenticeship goals. You'll also build strong employer partnerships, promote safe and sustainable working practices, and support the growth of apprenticeship opportunities.
Based at Bishop Burton College, you'll regularly visit apprentices in workplaces across the region, including farms, estates and countryside organisations, making a real impact on the future workforce of the industry.
