Bishop Burton College is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support young adults with learning disabilities and SEND as part of the DFN Project SEARCH programme at Humberside Police Headquarters, with some duties at Bishop Burton College.
You will create individual learning plans, monitor progress, and work with interns, families and employers to overcome barriers and help interns secure paid employment.
This role is fixed-term until 31 July 2027 and contributes to a funded programme.
