Bishop Auckland College Group is seeking a passionate Chef Trainer to join the McIntyre Centre. The role focuses on mentoring and training young people and adults, while creating seasonal menus and new dishes using state-of-the-art equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery and Level 2 Food Safety, plus teaching/assessor qualifications or willingness to pursue. A minimum of two years’ kitchen experience and leadership of a kitchen team are expected.
