About the Role
As an Intern at Fox’s Burton’s Company (FBC UK), you’ll gain hands‑on experience across various departments, mentorship from industry leaders, and the chance to work on exciting projects within the Marketing function. Join us as an intern for a 12‑month contract as part of the Marketing team. This will be a varied, fast‑paced role, where you will gain exposure across the function.
Main Responsibilities
- Media Plan and KPIs Tracking
- Support the work of the annual media plan definition in alignment with the eco‑system timeline.
- Assist in implementing the media plan, including brief preparation, monitoring, and control of the output.
- Analyse the KPIs of the department.
- Communication Activation
- Execute the development of the media playbook and activation for projects.
- Assist in developing opportunities to capture relevant consumers online, as well as review and audit.
- Web Listening
- Assist the web listening end‑to‑end management in understanding consumer trends, consumption, and preferences.
- Analyse relevant content insights through risks & opportunities interception.
- Analyse key trends by monitoring consumers.
- Provide regular ad hoc reports.
- Analyse short and long‑term needs of the company’s social media strategies.
- Social Media
- Execute the implementation of Social Media Strategy.
- Execute the creation of content for brands’ social media sites.
- Analyse the development and monitoring of competitors’ campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
- NPD Projects And Pack Changes
- Lead on small / tactical Product / Pack change initiatives.
- Support on larger scale NPD projects.
- Learn and utilise the FBC UK Stage & Gate process to understand project planning, management, milestones, financial modelling and design, a/w and repro (end to end).
- Present at Stage & Gate meetings and business forums.
