This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This role is a key support position within our transactional team working in AR. The main purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and timely cash allocation and that customer claims are logged and credited within company parameters.

Main Responsibilities

  • Cash allocation – timely and accurate allocation of customer receipts
  • Discrepancy management – logging claims onto Service Cloud claims system and ensuring valid claims are credited and matched off against customer deductions.
  • Weekly billing sweeps and ensuring that automatic billing runs are executed correctly.
  • Mailbox management and distribution
  • General administration duties to support the AR function.
