We are the award-winning luxury gifting brand known as the NET-A-PORTER of biscuits. Since 2007, we have been hand-icing joy into every biscuit, and in 2025 alone, we iced approximately 3 million! Our aim is to provide a seamless, joyful experience that delivers a little magic, one hand-iced biscuit at a time. As well as our eCommerce business, we have a Notting Hill biscuit boutique, where we offer ‘School of Icing’ events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee…or even a glass of Prosecco. We also work with a huge range of wholesale and corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion.

We are guided by our four core values: Innovative, Collaborative, Entrepreneurial, and Driven. These values live through the creativity of our products, the way we work together, the focus on results attitude and the energy and positivity with which we approach all we do.

We are on the hunt for a proactive and detail-driven Production Planning Assistant. This is a pivotal role that ensures our biscuits are always available, our production runs smoothly, and the range planning creates the most profitable product range aligned to our customers’ needs. If you love planning, problem-solving, and biscuits (of course), this could be the perfect role for you.

What you will do:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end production planning process, ensuring product availability across all channels.
  • Plan in seasonal launches and core line updates.
  • Translate demand forecasts into weekly and long-term production plans at SKU level.
  • Align production schedules with marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Integrate custom, wholesale, and corporate orders into the production plan with minimal disruption.
  • Monitor stock levels, flag slow-moving or short-dated items, and minimise waste.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems, including purchase orders and stock transfers.
  • Generate insightful reports to support planning, finance, and commercial teams.
  • Champion sustainability in your day-to-day work and contribute to process improvement projects.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a planning role, preferably in a food environment.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent Excel and systems proficiency.
  • Confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a solution-focused approach.
  • Enthusiasm for Biscuiteers and a love for what we do.

What we offer:

  • 35% staff discount on all our beautiful products.
  • Daily breakfast to fuel your mornings.
  • Cycle to work scheme to support your commute.
  • Staff referral bonus of up to £500.
  • Birthday gift to celebrate your special day.
  • Social events including our annual Biscuiteer Awards, Christmas lunch, and more.
  • Pension scheme with the option to choose an ethical fund.

Ready to join the team? If you’re excited by the idea of bringing joy through beautifully planned biscuits, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and help us deliver a little magic, one hand-iced biscuit at a time.
