An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Head of Channel Expansion to lead the strategic expansion, performance and profitability of our Wholesale and Marketplace channels. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive sustainable, profitable growth by building a high-quality network of long-term partners, leading channel strategy, and owning revenue and margin performance. This role sits at the intersection of commercial, brand and strategy and is perfect for someone who loves turning strong partnerships into standout results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:What You’ll Do:
- Lead the strategy and growth of our Wholesale and Marketplace channels, delivering profitable results.
- Build and manage strong, long-term partnerships with key wholesale and marketplace partners.
- Own revenue, margin and trading performance, ensuring disciplined and sustainable growth.
- Develop and scale the Marketplace channel in line with brand and pricing strategy.
- Create tailored commercial plans across range, pricing and promotions to maximise partner performance.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Work closely with Finance, Marketing, NPD and Operations to deliver launches and activations.
- Track performance, report on results, and turn insight into clear commercial action.
- Proven experience leading Wholesale and/or Marketplace channels with strong commercial results.
- A relationship-first mindset, with the ability to build trusted, long-term partner partnerships.
- Strong commercial skills, with confidence owning revenue, margin and profitability.
- Experience shaping ranging, pricing and promotional strategies to drive performance.
- Marketplace knowledge, with a track record of scaling platforms and optimising execution.
- Data-driven thinking, with strong forecasting, planning and analytical skills.
