As well as our eCommerce business, we have a Notting Hill biscuit boutique, where we offer ‘School of Icing’ events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee…or even a glass of Prosecco. We also work with a huge range of wholesale and corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion.
We’re ambitious and we’re looking to build and strengthen our wonderful team as the business continues to grow. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Corporate Administrator.
- Briefing in wholesale orders on Salesforce.
- Develop and support ordering of co-branded wholesale and corporate packaging (boxes, tins, stickers, ribbon, tags, etc.).
- Create wholesale product catalogues for AYR and seasonal collections.
- Support with longer term corporate clients.
- Manage the Biscuits for Business Club and monitor usage/reporting.
A positive, proactive approach with excellent administration skills is required.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or with customer account administration is necessary.
A passion for quality, efficiency, and sustainability is essential.
Experience in food production or FMCG environments is preferred.
