We’re the award-winning luxury gifting brand known as the NET-A-PORTER of biscuits. As well as our eCommerce business, we have a Notting Hill biscuit boutique, where we offer ‘School of Icing’ events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee…or even a glass of Prosecco. We also work with a huge range of wholesale and corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term Maternity Cover Boutique Manager in our Icing Café and Boutiques, in Notting Hill. As a key part of our dedicated team, you will oversee the successful running of the store, making sure we meet targets and offer a great shopping experience to all our visitors.
Maternity Cover – Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the café service and all events, including afternoon teas, hen parties, children’s parties, and birthday celebrations.
- Manage staffing rotas and ensure appropriate resourcing levels.
- Oversee staff development and training, including performance conversations and absence management.
- Drive product sales and work proactively to meet and exceed targets.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Food Safety standards.
At least 2 years’ supervisory or managerial experience within a premium or luxury retail environment. Confidence in driving sales performance and achieving targets. Flexibility to work weekends and adjust your schedule around events and shop opening hours. Genuine enthusiasm for the position and for the Biscuiteers brand.
