This role is full time, requiring a minimum of 3 days in person at the Ministry of Biscuits in Colliers Wood, London. We’re the award-winning luxury gifting brand known as the NET-A-PORTER of biscuits. As well as our eCommerce business, we have a Notting Hill biscuit boutique, where we offer ‘School of Icing’ events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee…or even a glass of Prosecco. We also work with a huge range of wholesale and corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion.
We’re ambitious and we’re looking to build and strengthen our wonderful team as the business continues to grow. We’re looking for a Corporate Account Manager with experience in account management and business development, preferably gained within a bespoke, luxury or lifestyle retail environment or similar.
- Building relationships will be second nature, and you’ll be confident in driving proactive development too.
- Business development: nurturing key corporate accounts and actively recruiting new clients.
- Marketing our corporate offering: through partnerships, email and social channels, printed material and corporate events.
- Networking: attend industry conferences, trade shows and networking events to build relationships, generate leads and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships at all levels.
- Proven Sales Experience or Account Management experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales related tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with an ability to drive revenue without compromising on brand standards.
