Our aim is to provide a seamless, joyful experience that delivers a little magic, one hand-iced biscuit at a time. As well as our eCommerce business, we have a Notting Hill biscuit boutique, where we offer 'School of Icing' events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee...or even a glass of Prosecco. We also work with a huge range of wholesale and corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion.

We are ambitious and we are looking to build and strengthen our wonderful team as the business continues to grow. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Corporate Administrator.
What you’ll do...
- You will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks across Wholesale, Marketplaces and Corporate functions.
WHOLESALE
- Work with key Wholesale clients.
- Briefing in wholesale orders on Salesforce.
- Develop and support ordering of co-branded wholesale and corporate packaging (boxes, tins, stickers, ribbon, tags, etc.).
- Upload and maintain product specifications on partner systems (e.g., Selfridges).
- Create wholesale product catalogues for AYR and seasonal collections.
- Support wholesale marketing and merchandising, including organising display materials.
- Work with Finance to ensure invoices are shared.
CORPORATE
- Support Marketplace Manager on sharing and uploading new ranges with clients.
- Support with new B2B Shopify program.
- Support with longer term corporate clients.
- Manage the Biscuits for Business Club and monitor usage/reporting.
- Support creation of corporate sample imagery.
- Liaise with Corporate Dispatch to ensure timely order fulfilment and invoice clients.
OTHER DUTIES
- Undertake additional tasks aligned with role and company objectives.
What you’ll bring...

- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or with customer account administration.
- Be able to demonstrate a strong process driven approach, good initiative and excellent organisational skills.
