  • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing content
  • Support testing across additional channels (e.g. OOH, print, radio)

CRM Lifecycle

  • Execute CRM across email, SMS, push, and print
  • Build and optimise automated journeys (welcome, retention, loyalty)
  • Improve segmentation, personalisation, and repeat purchase
  • Align CRM with paid media for full-funnel growth
  • Support loyalty programme communications

Reporting Analysis

  • Produce clear dashboards and regular performance reports
  • Track KPIs (ROAS, CPC, CPA, CVR)
  • Turn insights into actionable recommendations

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years in performance/digital marketing (ideally retail)
  • Experience in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, ideally in Retail.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Google Ads
  • CRM and lifecycle marketing expertise (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot)
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with testing experience
