Since 2007, we’ve been hand-icing joy into every biscuit, and in 2025 alone, we iced approximately 3 million! Our aim is to provide a seamless, joyful experience that delivers a little magic, one hand-iced biscuit at a time. As well as our eCommerce business, we have a Notting Hill biscuit boutique, where we offer ‘School of Icing’ events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee… or even a glass of Prosecco. We also work with a huge range of wholesale and corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion.

Who we’re looking for… We’re looking for a Corporate Account Manager with experience in account management and business development, preferably gained within a bespoke, luxury or lifestyle retail environment or similar. Building relationships will be second nature, and you’ll be confident in driving proactive development too. We’re a busy fast-paced team in an entrepreneurial environment, so if you love getting stuck in and making things happen, this is the role for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling corporate and bespoke orders: Responding to enquiries, scoping out and finalising orders with clients.
- Working with our production team towards delivery, and following up to ensure everything has gone beautifully.
- Business development: nurturing key corporate accounts and actively recruiting new clients.
- Marketing our corporate offering: through partnerships, email and social channels, printed material and corporate events.
- Networking: attend industry conferences, trade shows and networking events to build relationships, generate leads and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships at all levels.
Skills You Will Bring:
- Proven sales experience or account management experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques and best practices.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with an ability to drive revenue without compromising on brand standards.
