We’re excited to introduce a brand new role at a dynamic boutique financial services firm based in Green Park. We are looking for a bright, organised and enthusiastic Team Assistant to support 4 senior leadership team members.

The company is growing, whilst continuing to pride themselves on embracing individuality and taking the time to get to know one another. Culture is very supportive and involving!

As one of the Team Assistants, your role will be varied and diverse with responsibilities ranging from FOH duties, diary management, travel arrangements, light H&S compliance, and generally being a rockstar support for the team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management for senior team leaders
  • Arranging travel, researching flights, booking hotels, and coordinating itineraries
  • Assisting with office management including kitchen upkeep, meeting room bookings, and supplier liaison
  • Welcoming clients and guests, managing the FOH area with energy and professionalism
  • Processing expenses, mailing, filing, and other general admin tasks
  • Supporting light compliance tasks and health & safety procedures

  • Professional and personable - confident in dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Team player, flexible, and willing to share workload
