A prestigious and fast-paced Private Family Office is seeking an exceptionally organised, discreet, and proactive Team PA to join their operations team. Working closely with two experienced support members, this is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-functioning, close-knit office with exposure to both private and business affairs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to an UHNW family, across both business and private matters
- Act as a key liaison with family members, domestic staff, contractors, and external suppliers, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate complex travel, diaries, appointments, restaurant bookings, and reservations with efficiency and discretion
- Support household management including inventories, replenishments, and maintenance coordination
- Assist with planning and execution of personal and business-related events and special projects
- Conduct research into travel, luxury experiences, or bespoke requests as needed
- Collaborate on office and household initiatives, including vendor and property management
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, including property records, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Occasionally run errands or attend off-site appointments related to household, property, or logistical needs
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally 2+ years in an administrative, Team Assistant, or PA role
- A naturally upbeat, can-do attitude and professional demeanour
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
- Trustworthy, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
- Full clean UK driving licence (preferred, not required)
