We're partnering with an exciting independent creative studio producing fashion campaigns, editorials and content for globally recognised brands, and we're looking for a
Studio Manager &
Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder.
This is a genuinely varied role at the centre of the business.
You'll combine Founder support, studio management, project coordination and production logistics, working across the creative projects that keep the studio busy.
It's ideal for someone early in their career who has already worked in a creative, agency, production or similarly fast-paced environment and is now ready to take on much more ownership.
You'll be the person who keeps things moving - coordinating people, projects and logistics, anticipating what needs to happen next and making sure the Founder and wider team have everything they need.
Responsibilities include
- Managing the day-to-day running of the studio
- Supporting the Founder with diary, inbox, travel and meeting management
- Coordinating multiple live creative projects and keeping timelines on track
- Supporting shoots, including scheduling, logistics, freelancers and external crews
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and production partners
- Organising meetings, presentations and project timelines
- Supporting budgets, invoices and general finance administration
- Managing the studio environment and making sure everything is organised and running smoothly
- Maintaining systems and workflows across Google Workspace and Monday. com
- Helping the Founder and team turn ideas into action as the studio continues to grow
What we're looking for
- Ideally 2+ years' experience in a creative studio, agency, production company or similarly fast-paced environment
- Experience in a Studio Manager, Studio Coordinator, PA, EA, Team Assistant or Production Coordinator role
- Exceptionally organised, with a natural instinct to take ownership and keep things moving
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and moving parts without becoming flustered
- A practical, “I'll sort it” attitude, with the initiative to find solutions rather than wait to be asked
- Confident communicating with clients, freelancers, suppliers and creative teams
- Able to work independently, anticipate what's needed and stay one step ahead
- Excellent attention to detail, with good commercial awareness
If you're looking for a role where you can immerse yourself in the creative process, build genuine relationships and become the operational backbone of a growing studio, we'd love to hear from you!
