This is a fast-paced, highly trusted role for someone who thrives in a private environment and understands the level of detail, discretion and responsiveness required when supporting at the very top level.
From securing the impossible restaurant reservation to coordinating international travel at short notice, you will ensure everything around the Principal runs seamlessly. The role requires a high level of flexibility, including occasional travel and support outside traditional hours.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Principal’s day-to-day lifestyle, schedule and personal commitments
- Booking and securing the best restaurants, members’ clubs, events and experiences in London and internationally
- Handling last-minute requests with speed and creativity
- Coordinating travel, itineraries and logistics (often at short notice)
- Liaising with household staff, drivers, security and family office
- Organising private events, dinners and social engagements
- Sourcing gifts, services and hard-to-get reservations
- Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted right hand
- Providing flexibility and support outside traditional hours when needed
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience supporting a UHNW individual or family in a Lifestyle / Private PA capacity
- Naturally discreet with exceptional judgement
- Well-connected across London with a strong “little black book” of restaurants, venues and contacts
- Polished, calm and highly resourceful
- Able to move quickly and think ahead
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-expectation environment
- Flexible to travel and available when required
