Our client, a leading retail group, is seeking a highly efficient and adaptable PA to provide dedicated support to senior Board members within a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment. Supporting three Board members and working closely with a Senior Executive Assistant, this is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-functioning executive office.

We’re looking for a standout individual who will play a key role in the business - managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and international travel, preparing high-level communications and presentations, and ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of executive operations. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term growth and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to three Board members
  • Work closely with the Senior EA to ensure seamless coordination across the executive office
  • Manage complex diaries, including scheduling meetings, appointments and events
  • Monitor and manage email inboxes on behalf of executives
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itineraries
  • Prepare professional documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Assist in compiling board packs, agendas, and meeting notes as required
  • Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in planning and executing team or company events, offsites and workshops

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years in an administrative, Team Assistant, or PA role
  • A naturally upbeat, can-do attitude and professional demeanour
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
  • Both autonomous and a strong team player
  • Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
