Job Description
Our client, a fast-growing international fintech company, is seeking a People & Culture Partner to take full ownership of its People Operations function. With no current dedicated people support, this is a huge opportunity for someone to build and shape the function from the ground up (3-4 days in office).

Operating across four key hubs globally, our client has a strong company culture and a high-performing team. This role is not about traditional HR; it’s about embedding accountability, driving performance, and supporting an entrepreneurial, fast-moving business.

This is a high-impact position where you’ll be trusted to run with the role. You’ll need to be direct, commercially aware, and confident in your expertise. Once you've built credibility and trust, you’ll have full autonomy to shape the People strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure global consistency in HR processes across all hubs.
- Drive an accountability-focused culture, empowering managers to lead effectively.
- Lead the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and Performance Success Plan (PSP) cycles.
- Implement culture-building initiatives that enhance engagement and collaboration.
- Coach and influence senior leadership, ensuring People Ops is a key driver of business success.
