Overview
Fantastic part time PA opportunity to join a growing holiday home business in the Cotswolds. We’re looking for a bright, organised, and proactive PA / Property Assistant to support the founder of a successful and expanding Cotswolds-based holiday home business. This is a wonderful role for someone who loves variety, enjoys property, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The company is growing quickly – acquiring new properties and building on its excellent reputation – so it’s an exciting time to join a small, ambitious, and friendly team. You’ll be working closely with the founder to help manage day-to-day operations and ensure every home looks and feels its best.
Responsibilities
- 2 days a week (or 4 half days)
- At least 1 day a week in the office near Burford
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the founder
- Sending welcome emails and managing guest communication
- Updating property details and records
- Overseeing cleaning schedules, gardener rotas, and maintenance tasks
- Keeping on top of property-related legislation and insurance renewals
- Liaising with the accountant and assisting with invoices or expenses
- Helping to research and coordinate potential new property acquisitions
- Visiting properties to ensure everything is in excellent condition
What we are looking for
- A confident self-starter who can work independently
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A genuine interest in property and the Cotswolds area
- Practical, adaptable, and comfortable juggling varied tasks
- Must have a full driving licence and be happy travelling between properties
- Local knowledge of the Cotswolds
