Our client is an ambitious, fast-growing early-stage tech business. Joining a team of around 35 people, you’ll step into a hands-on, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

This is a varied EA / Office Manager 1 year maternity cover role, supporting senior leadership while taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the London office. It’s a broad, trusted position where you’ll keep operations running smoothly, support the founders, and act as a key go-to person across the business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • EA support to founders (diary, meetings, travel coordination)
  • Acting as a key internal contact across the business
  • Day-to-day office management (supplies, organisation, smooth running of space)
  • Supporting team coordination and occasional informal socials
  • Light-touch support for international teams when needed
  • General admin and ad hoc support as required

What we’re looking for:

  • Ideally 2–3 years’ experience in EA / PA / Team Assistant / Office Manager roles
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a busy environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Confident working independently and taking ownership
  • Naturally sociable and easy to work with
  • Comfortable in a start-up or scale-up setting
