A fantastic opportunity for a warm, highly personable Part-Time EA to support a charismatic and approachable Exec across multiple businesses. This is a part-remote role with flexible hours spread across Monday to Friday.
The EA will be at the helm of managing the busy Exec (who is Chairman on a number of boards) and would suit someone who has a flair for relationship building! You will provide the utmost support in managing his time effectively. With lots of scope to make the role your own, you will be adaptable, resourceful, and self-motivated as you will work autonomously, displaying a can-do positive attitude at all times.
Must be able to travel to Richmond one day a week to meet with Exec!
Responsibilities will include:
- Calendar and diary management
- Manage email inbox and send responses
- Travel and accommodation arrangements – organising Visas etc.
- Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments
- Providing general administrative support and overseeing expenses
- Liaising with clients and colleagues as required
- Management and oversight of business projects
- Producing timelines and reviews of projects
- Research new business ventures or projects
- Ad hoc personal support
