Brand new role! We are seeking a highly organised PA / Office Manager to join their growing, fun and sociable team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing direct executive support to the Founders.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will coordinate operations, manage diaries and logistics, and support a range of business initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, friendly culture.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage an executive’s diary, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and client engagements
- Act as liaison between senior leadership and the wider team to support smooth communication and workflow
- Manage suppliers, procurement, and general office logistics
- Support operational projects, tracking progress to ensure timely delivery
