Our client is a Soho-based strategic communications consultancy helping clients manage reputation, position their brand, and engage stakeholders with clarity and impact. We are seeking a highly organised PA / Office Manager to join their growing, fun and sociable team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing direct executive support to the Founders. Working closely with senior leadership, you will coordinate operations, manage diaries and logistics, and support a range of business initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, friendly culture.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage an executive’s diary, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and client engagements
  • Act as liaison between senior leadership and the wider team to support smooth communication and workflow
  • Manage suppliers, procurement, and general office logistics
  • Support operational projects, tracking progress to ensure timely delivery
