\\n\\nYou’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day. From creating structure across core functions to handling operational tasks with care and precision, you’ll be central to the firm’s growth and success.

\\n\\nKey responsibilities include:
\\n\\n- \\n\\t
- Managing calendars and scheduling interviews with senior clients and candidates \\n\\t
- Supporting research projects (e.g. competitor mapping, data gathering) \\n\\t
- Creating client-facing documentation, pitch decks and presentations \\n\\t
- Supporting social media, content marketing and brand positioning \\n\\t
- Organising internal and external events, including leadership networking \\n\\t
- HR admin support including onboarding, contracts, and benefits administration \\n\\t
- Assisting with team engagement activities \\n\\t
- Finance admin such as invoicing, expenses and tracking \\n\\t
- Building internal processes across Marketing, HR, Finance and Ops \\n
What we are looking for:
\\n\\n- \\n\\t
- Previous experience in operations / business or projects support \\n\\t
- Exceptionally organised, reliable and action-oriented – a true doer \\n\\t
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment \\n\\t
- Naturally empathetic and a strong communicator, able to build rapport at all levels \\n\\t
- A confident writer with strong attention to detail and an eye for branding \\n\\t
- A team player who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative culture \\n\\t
- Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools to streamline operations \\n
