A dynamic and fast-growing global media and entertainment company is looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager / Front of House to join their growing team in Central London. Â

As the face and operational heartbeat of the London office, you’ll oversee facilities, suppliers, and budgets while driving a positive workplace culture. You’ll manage everything from first impressions and client visits to health and safety, contracts, and office systems. Responsibilities will include:

- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and guests
- Act as first point of contact for all visitors and internal teams, representing the company with professionalism and warmth
- Manage supplier relationships, office contracts, and procurementÂ
- Oversee office budgets, expenses, and cost tracking
- Coordinate meeting logistics, visitor management, and travel arrangements for guests and stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of office presentation, facilities, and security
- Liaise with building management and external vendors on maintenance, access, and deliveries
- Take responsibility for health and safety, fire safety procedures, and first aid compliance
- Support onboarding of new team members, managing access and equipment set-up
- Champion company culture by organising staff events, activities, and initiatives that enhance engagement and morale
