You will be the go-to person for all things office-related, ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly and supporting the wider business with a thoughtful, can-do approach.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage daily office operations, facilities, and relationships with suppliers and building management
- Lead health & safety and compliance, maintaining a safe and beautifully kept workplace
- Support IT coordination and liaise with external providers
- Assist with finance administration (expenses, invoices, budget tracking) and HR onboarding
- Act as a cultural ambassador — helping to create a warm, professional environment for all employees and guests
- Continuously seek opportunities to elevate the office experience and streamline processes

- Previous Office Manager experience within an investment, financial services, or professional environment
