A leading international consulting firm is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and personable Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of its central London office. Working closely with the Office Manager and wider business support teams, you’ll ensure the office remains a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and clients alike. Key responsibilities include:
- Opening and preparing the office each day
- Greeting guests and coordinating deliveries, post, and couriers
- Managing office supplies, kitchen stock, and general upkeep
- Support the Marketing team with materials for events
- Assist with new joiner inductions
- Upholding health & safety and supporting general office operations
- Assist with booking hotels for internal staff and external clients
- Support logistics for internal and external events
- Assist with planning and delivery of UK and International Away Days
