We’re partnering with a highly regarded creative production studio known for delivering high-end fashion campaigns, luxury brand content, editorial shoots, and global creative productions. Working with internationally recognised brands, photographers, and creative talent, they produce work across fashion, film, events, and moving image. They’re now looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of a fast-paced, production-led business. This is a hands-on role working closely with producers and project teams to ensure smooth financial management across multiple shoots, campaigns, clients, and suppliers. You’ll play a key role in keeping budgets, reporting, and financial processes organised, accurate, and running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Raise invoices and track incoming payments
  • Support production budgeting and cost tracking
  • Process freelancer, crew, and supplier invoices
  • Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and financial administration
  • Help improve financial systems and workflows

What we are looking for

  • Previous bookkeeping experience within a creative, production, media, or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of core bookkeeping principles
  • Confident with Xero, QuickBooks or similar software
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with project-based budgeting and freelancers ideal
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines

  • 1–2 days per week
  • Hybrid working: office and remote flexibility
  • Working hours aligned with the wider team: Monday–Friday, 10am–6:30pm
  • Looking for someone available to work 1–2 days during those hours
  • Day rate open depending on experience
