With a commitment to sourcing exceptional cacao directly from farming communities, the company is building a premium brand that combines outstanding products with meaningful social impact.

We're looking for an Operations & Customer Experience Executive to become one of the business's earliest employees. This is an incredibly varied role where no two days will look the same. You'll play a central part in ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes, supporting customer experience, Shopify operations, fulfilment, logistics and day-to-day commercial administration. You'll work closely with both the founder and the Founder's Associate, helping establish the operational foundations of a growing consumer brand.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Shopify orders and day-to-day website administration
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all customer enquiries
  • Coordinate fulfilment and logistics with third-party partners
  • Monitor stock levels and inventory reporting
  • Support product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate samples, events and promotional activity
  • Assist with retailer onboarding and operational administration
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
  • Provide broad operational support wherever needed as the business grows

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally experience within a consumer brand, ecommerce business or startup environment
  • Experience using Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities
  • A genuine interest in purpose-driven consumer brands
  • Most importantly, you'll enjoy rolling up your sleeves, taking ownership and helping build something from the very beginning!
